DNA Testing In Missing Student Case

A Kentucky prosecutor says what is believed to be flesh found at an Indiana landfill is being tested against a DNA sample from a missing Sullivan University student.
Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Tom Van De Rostyne said that authorities are testing what they believe to be three pieces of flesh found after 18-year-old Andrew Compton disappeared in Louisville.
Van De Rostyne said a DNA profile of Compton was finished in December and tests are being done.
Compton hasn't been seen since October 28, 2010.
Gregory O'Bryan of Louisville has pleaded not guilty to murder and sodomy. He could face the death penalty if convicted.
The defense said in court Friday morning that the prosecutor's information was the first they had heard of any flesh being found.
