His father: Walter Wayne Butt of Ekron
One sister: Stacy Kirby of Louisville
Two brothers: Bruce Butt and Andrew Butt of Ekron
One half-sister: Kimberly Ann Hinkle of Henry County
One half-brother: Walter Wayne Butt, Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana
Grandmothers: Grace Butt and Marilyn Seidenfaden of Louisville
Great Grandmother: Rita Logsdon of Louisville
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March, 4, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home with entombment in the Resthaven Mausoleum in Louisville, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 2 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
