William Fontaine Scott

William Fontaine Scott, 92, of McLean, Virginia, died January 23, 2012 in palliative-hospice care at the Virginia Hospital Center after a brief illness. He was born in Stith Valley, to the late Walter Lee and Ruth Fontaine Scott.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters, Walter C., Rena Lou Parks, Jessie Williams, Mary Foote and James F. Scott.
He is survived by…
His wife: Harriet Fast Scott.
Two daughters: Barbara Morris of Columbus, Ohio, and Allayne of Santa Fe, New Mexico
Two sons: Nicholas F. Scott of Madison, Indiana and Christopher Scott of McLean, Virgina.
His brother: Jack J. Scott of Elizabethtown.
Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held later this spring at the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg with internment in the family plot in Cap Anderson Cemetery.
