Emma Frances McCallister Logsdon, age 87, of Guston, died on Wednesday, at North Hardin Health & Rehabilitation Center, in Radcliff.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion E. “Doc” Logsdon, a daughter, Linda O’Banion, a great grandson, Sean Robinson, four brothers, Talmadge, Vernell, Luale and Huey McCallister and a sister, Monette Turner.
She is survived by…
Two children: Marion E. “Sonny” Logsdon of Ekron and Charlotte Ann Farris of Guston.
Four sisters: Doris Meredith, Bertha Lee, both of Houston County, Alabama, Addie Mae Thompson, Evelyn Walters, both of Auburndale, Florida.
Nine grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Saturday the Hager Funeral Home, with burial in Big Spring Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 pm Friday and after
9 am Saturday at the funeral home.
