Greenwaves Opens Short

The Meade County Greenwaves stumbled into their season Friday night against Anderson County without a victory as they fell 34 to 43 on the road. The Greenwaves opened their season one week delayed as they took an extra week to prepared during their open week which fell at the beginning of the season.
Anderson County came into Friday’s game off of a 47 to 10 win over Garrard County and has two wins in the books. Meade County will work this week to prepare for their second road game of the season against the Bulldogs of John Hardin Friday night in Elizabethtown.
