A Radcliff man was arrested Monday morning and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault after an alleged domestic dispute which took place April 30, according to an arrest warrant.
According to the warrant, 31 year-old Quincy Moore allegedly pointed a gun at a woman’s face after striking her multiple times and choking her.
First-degree wanton endangerment is a Class D felony in Kentucky, punishable by one to five years in prison, if convicted.
Moore is lodged at the Hardin County Detention Center on a $5,000 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in Hardin District Court.
