A Radcliff man, who police say engaged in sexual relations with a female family member under the age of 12 at least twice a week for more than a year, was arrested Thursday afternoon.
Sean Christopher Jurgens, 28, was arrested by Radcliff police on a warrant and charged with three felonies. He is being held in lieu of a $500,000 cash bond in the Hardin County Detention Center.
According to an arrest warrant, Jurgens reportedly admitted to his wife that the allegations against him were true. The abuse began in October 2017 and ended in January of this year, the warrant states.
Jurgens is charged with incest — forcible compulsion/incapable of consent or under 18 years of age and first-degree sodomy — incapable of consent/physically helpless, Class B felonies punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison, if convicted, and first-degree sexual abuse victim under 12, a Class C felony punishable by five to 10 years in prison, if convicted.
Jurgens is scheduled to appear Friday in Hardin District Court.
