A vehicle collided with a semi-truck while heading north in a southbound lane on Interstate 65 at the 61.6 mile marker Sunday evening.
The vehicle is said to be a green Dodge Ram Truck that hit the semi head-on.
Witnesses reported seeing smoke and fire coming from the truck as it moved sporadically between lanes.
The driver was flown to University of Louisville Trauma Center.
I-65 was blocked just south of Munfordville and Exit 65 for a period of time to allow for further investigation and cleanup.
