Paulus on charges of health care fraud and making false statements relating to health care matters.<\/p>\n<p>The statement says evidence presented during the 7-week trial showed Paulus performed cardiac stent procedures on more than 70 patients who didn&#8217;t need them at King&#8217;s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland from 2008 until 2013.
