She is charged with manslaughter and driving under the influence in the deaths of Louisville police Detective Jason Schweitzer and University of Kentucky employee Timothy Moore.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Moore was pointing Schweitzer toward a restaurant when Whitlow lost control of her vehicle and hit them on October 29 in Lexington.<\/p>\n<p>Whitlow was not at the hearing.
