\nBeginning Monday, Louisville Metro Police will be ticketing drivers who leave their cars idling.<\/p>\n

This week, drivers will only get warnings. Louisville Police said drivers will be ticketed whether cars are being warmed up or left running in a gas station. <\/p>\n

As temperatures fall, police see a jump in car thefts, many with keys still inside. Police said push-to-start vehicles are also an issue. Car thefts are up in metro Louisville, as well as thefts from cars. <\/p>\n

Louisville Metro Police said 60 guns were stolen from unlocked cars so far this year in just one of its eight divisions. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
