Prohibited items include: leaves, grass, construction debris, crop residue, hay, fallen trees land sloughs and bonfires.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Executive Lynn said the protracted dry conditions within the county pose a serious risk of wild fires. The dry conditions combined with the low humidity and strong winds enhance the fire risk.
