charged with third degree rape.<\/p>\n<p>It stems from an alleged relationship with a 17-year-old student earlier in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Derek Reed sent the case to the grand jury after hearing enough evidence from Kentucky State Police Detective.<\/p>\n<p>Logsdon&#8217;s attorney said they are willing to take this case all the way to trial.<br \/>\nSource:
