The truck then struck another vehicle as a result of the first impact. Four people involved refused medical treatment at the scene by Meade County EMS. Muldraugh Police conducted the investigation of the accident and was assisted at the scene by the Meade County Fire Department and Brandenburg Police.<\/p>\n<p>The accident tied up traffic about two hours as local law enforcement agencies were handling other calls at the time of the accident.
