They were arrested on indictment warrants from earlier Thursday, according to arrest citations.<\/p>\n<p>Jacqueline Fuqua is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim younger than 12, a Class C felony punishable by five to 10 years in prison, if convicted.
