Michael Slager gave written consent to search his home on Southfork Road after an anonymous tip regarding possible drug activity.<\/p>\n
The high grade marijuana was in vacuum sealed bags that appeared to have been shipped from California.<\/p>\n
Loose marijuana, drug paraphernalia, scales, firearms, and cash was also found in the home.<\/p>\n
The street value of the marijuana is valued at approximately $64,000.<\/p>\n
Sager was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana greater than 5 pounds. The charges were enhanced due to firearms in the home.<\/p>\n
Additional charges are pending further investigation and presentation to the Barren County Grand Jury for indictments.
