Two people were treated at the scene and taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital by Meade County EMS. The Flaherty Fire Department assisted at the scene about an hour. <\/p>\n<p>A second accident happened around 12:40 pm in Brandenburg at the intersection of the Bypass and Old Ekron Road. Two people were taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown by Meade County EMS. Brandenburg Police, Meade County Sheriff&#8217;s Department and the Meade County Fire Department were on the scene about an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Around 6 pm, Friday (3\/10) evening, a accidnet was reported at 30 Whispering Court after a man ran into a utility pole. The man was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital by Meade County EMS for his injuries.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday (3\/11) night, a single vehicle accident in the 2700 block of Wolf creek Road sent two people to University of Louisville Hospital by Meade County EMS after a car ran off of the roadway and overturned. The Meade County Sheriff&#8217;s Department, Wolf Creek and Payneville Fire Departments were on the scene about an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Around 3:15 am Sunday (3\/12) morning, near Fort Knox a injury accident occurred at the intersection of US 60 and Kentucky 1882. One person was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital by Meade County EMS. The Meade County Sheriff&#8217;s Department and Flaherty Fire Department were on the scene about 45 minutes. <\/p>\n<p>On Monday (3\/13), Brandenburg Police were called to a report of a accident in the River Ridge Plaza which sent a person to Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana by Meade County EMS with back and neck pain. The Meade County Fire Department assisted Brandenburg Police at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Then around 6:30 pm Monday (3\/13) evening, the Meade County Sheriff&#8217;s Department was called to a report of a accident in Midway after a vehicle struck a building in the 5200 block of Highway 79. One person was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elzabethtown by Meade County EMS for their injuries. The Ekron Fire Department assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Local police motorists to reduce their speed and allow extra space between you and other vehicles as you travel.
