The wreck happened around 11:30 am in the westbound lanes of Bluegrass Parkway in Nelson County, when a semi-trailer and a passenger vehicle collided. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Chris Jessie said the semi crossed the median into the westbound lanes and hit the other vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The westbound lanes were reopened several hours later, but Jessie said a crash reconstruction team from Kentucky State Police would likely continue work on Friday due to storms Thursday afternoon.
