Hubers was convicted of killing her boyfriend, Ryan Poston, in 2015, but the conviction was overturned when one of the jurors was found to be a convicted felon. A new trial was to start next year.<\/p>\n<p>Campbell County prosecutor Michelle Snodgrass filed a motion Wednesday saying 118 signatures were forged.
