Crews found a black Nissan Al\u00adtima with 30 year-old Whitney Darst and her 4-year-old daughter stranded on the roof of the vehicle. The fire department used a raft to rescue them. Neither of them were injured in the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses at the scene said they tried to stop Darst as her car was nearing the flooded area. Police said Darst appeared to be heavily intoxicated.
