The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2015, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. Blake Willoughby, Chairman and President of First Breckinridge Bancshares said no interruption to services or staffing is expected as a result of the merger.<\/p>\n<p>First Breckinridge is the holding company for First State Bank in Breckinridge County, Meade County Bank, Bank of Clarkson in Grayson County and River City Bank in Louisville.
