Allen\u2019s body was found in a garage beside his mobile home.<br \/>\nWilliams was released from custody June 1 after serving more than 11 years in prison on felony charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree arson and first-degree criminal mischief.<\/p>\n<p>Williams was arrested and charged October 15 for Allen\u2019s murder. His next appearance is scheduled for 1 p.m. October 28 in Meade District Court. He is in the Meade County Jail in lieu of a $200,000 cash bond for first-degree murder. He faces up to life in prison, if convicted.<\/p>\n<p>The incident remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
