After receiving a tip from Kentucky State Police, deputies went to a car lot in the 16000 block of South Dixie Highway. The cars in Mi\u00adch\u00adigan were part of a group of vehicles that failed to pass emission testing. In all, there were 500,000 cars in the United States and 11 million worldwide that failed the tests, according to reports.<\/p>\n<p>Ward said some of the vehicles have been in the area since at least July.
