The inmate was taken to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, where the male inmate was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p>The prisoner was a federal inmate as the U.S. Marshals Service has been charged with notifying the family of the deceased inmate. The Grayson County Coroner\u2019s Office took the body to the State Medical Examiner\u2019s Office in Louisville.
