\/><br \/>\nTwo local banking firms have announced an agreement to acquire a Lexington bank.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>First State Bank operated by First Breckinridge Bancshares Incorporated and Meade County Bank operated as Meade Bancorp Incorporated have entered into the agreement acquire Bank of Lexington which operated by Bancorp of Lexington, Incorporated and it\u2019s three offices in the Lexington area.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement is still subject to regulatory approval and shareholder approval by Bancorp of Lexington shareholders, but is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of
