Kentucky State Police responded to a reported assault in Western Hardin County Sunday (11\/19) morning.<\/p>\n
Approximately 6 am, police received a call from 39 year-old Ricardo Garcia at a residence in the 3600 block of Pierce Mill Road reporting he had been assaulted and shot during a home invasion at his residence. When Troopers and Hardin County EMS arrived, Garcia was found to be shot once in the arm along with several abrasions to his head and face. He was taken by ambulance to Hardin Memorial Hospital and later transferred to University of Louisville Hospital for non life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
As a result of the investigation, 31 year-old Edgar Bravo Rodriquez and his sister, 29 year-old Soleil Santiago Bravo both of Elizabethtown were arrested. Rodriquez was charged with assault 1st; wanton endangerment 1st; burglary 1st; and failure to comply with sex offender registration. Santiago Bravo was charged with tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest, and harboring a non-compliant sex offender. Both were lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.<\/p>\n
Investigators have also secured warrants for two more suspects in connection to the assault. Demetrius \u201cMeach\u201d Clayton (27) and Damon \u201cBlack\u201d Brown (35), both of Radcliff, are wanted in regards to the burglary and assault of Ricardo Garcia.<\/p>\n
