The Harrison County Sheriff Tony Hampton says Harrod said he had been in the car for several days.<\/p>\n<p>Hampton says the fact Harrod was spotted was a miracle, because he likely couldn&#8217;t have escaped the embankment.<\/p>\n<p>Harrod was taken to the hospital. He was conscious and talking when rescue crews got to him, though he was dehydrated.
