Jury has indicted the man accused of shooting and killing a Caneyville man on October 26 in Caneyville.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The grand jury returned an indictment for murder, tamping with physical evidence and being a persistent felony offender against 35 year-old Robert Carter, of Millwood.<\/p>\n<p>Carter, who admitted to shooting 29 year-old James Parks once in the head while being
