Officer Travis Dalton found the vehicle in question. During the traffic stop, Officer Dalton found 22 year-old Taylor Manion of Louisville, to be in possession of marijuana. Manion became combative and resisted arrest then attempted to flee from the Officer Dalton and causing the officer to deploy his taser. Manion attempted to take a vehicle and leave the scene but was stopped by the officer.<\/p>\n<p>Manion was medically checked by Breck Central EMS and was lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center.
