\nA traffic stop in Cave City resulted in two being arrested on multiple charges.<\/p>\n

Cave City Police pulled over a truck driven by 37 year-old Melisa Scott of Scottsville early Saturday (10\/31) morning. The two responding officers determined that Scott was under the influence and a passenger, 38 year-old Michael S. Johnson also of Scottsville, was in possession of drugs.<\/p>\n

Police say consent to search the hotel room where they were staying, was given by Johnson, where they located Crystal methamphetamine, Marijuana, Hydrocodone, Morphine, Alprazolam and cash.
\nMelissa Scott was arrested and lodged in the Barren County Detention Center for:
\nOperating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence
\nOperating on a Suspended Operator’s License,
\nPossession of Marijuana,
\nPossession of Drug Paraphernalia, and
\nNo\/Expired Registration Plates.<\/p>\n

Michael S Johnson was also arrested and lodged in the Barren County Detention Center for:
\nPossession of Controlled Substance, First Degree (Methamphetamine),
\nTrafficking in a Controlled Substance, First Degree (Methamphetamine).
\nPossession of Marijuana,
\nTrafficking in Marijuana,
\nPossession of Controlled Substance, First Degree (Morphine),
\nPossession of Controlled Substance, First Degree (Hydrocodone),
\nPossession of Controlled Substance, Third Degree (Alprazolam), and
\nPossession of Drug Paraphernalia.<\/p>\n

Police say the investigation is ongoing and more charges may follow.
