The footage showed a person then removing the device.<\/p>\n<p>Town &#038; Country warned that the skimming device is a realistic-looking card reader that is placed over the factory installed reader on the ATM.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the skimming device, Town &#038; Country officials said that a hidden camera will also be installed to capture a customer&#8217;s PIN number.<\/p>\n<p>Town &#038; Country officials said customers are not liable for unauthorized transactions on debit cards.
