He filed the lawsuit Thursday against the county Board of Education and represents a student claiming she suffered a brain injury during an attack at Pike County Central High School in October.<\/p>\n<p>Hammond says the student is seeking treatment at a hospital in Cincinnati.<\/p>\n<p>County schools Superintendent Reed Adkins says officials are taking the lawsuit seriously.
