Police found 40 year-old Tammy Sosh with gunshot wounds to both legs. She was treated at the scene by Breck Central EMS, then airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. <\/p>\n<p>During the investigation, it was determined that the victim\u2019s husband, 64 year-old Terry Sosh had fired the shot that struck Tammy Sosh in both legs, during a domestic argument. Officers sought a warrant locally and Terry Sosh was taken into custody, at the hospital, by Louisville Metro Police. Sosh was lodged in Louisville Metro Department of Corrections on a charge of Assault 1st Degree.
