\nA woman died Wednes\u00adday afternoon following a crash on Nicholas Street in Elizabethtown.<\/p>\n

The woman, whose name has not been released, was driving a 1995 Buick, when it crashed into a U.S. Postal Service vehicle while driving west, according to witness accounts to the Elizabethtown Police. The accident happened near the access to US 62. <\/p>\n

The driver of the Buick was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital where she was later pronounced dead by the Hardin County Coroner\u2019s Office. The investigation of the accident remains ongoing.<\/p>\n
