He was indicted in July by a Hardin County grand jury and was taken into custody in Louisville.<\/p>\n<p>Hines, 25, is facing five charges of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, a Class B felony, punishable by up to 20 years in prison on each charge, if convicted.
