Christian Martin, who is charged with sexual assault and mishandling classified information.<\/p>\n<p>Army Lt. Col. Chevelle Thomas said Phillips was on the prosecution&#8217;s list of potential witnesses, and defense attorney Bill Summers said Phillips was going to testify on December 1 in his client&#8217;s defense.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives with the Christian County Sheriff&#8217;s Department found Phillips body on November 19 while investigating the remains of two people found in a burnt vehicle.
