According to the indictment, Moore, a former Edmonson County deputy clerk, changed Ashley\u2019s Social Security number on vehicle registration documents, so he could avoid paying the appropriate taxes on the cars.<\/p>\n<p>Moore and Ashley will be arraigned in Edmonson Circuit Court at 10 a.m. on December 21.
