About 230 RECC customers are with out power between Garrett and Buck Grove. Crews say that the repairs will take some time to complete as each pole will have to reset and a double three-phase power line will have to be untangled and reinstalled. <\/p>\n<p>Kentucky 144 is closed until those repairs are made between Payne Road and Zion Grove Church.
