Foster, who wasn\u2019t rated to fly by instruments alone, entered an area where the weather conditions would have required flying by instruments.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys for Foster\u2019s widow have raised the potential that icing on the wings of the plane was a significant factor in the crash. But they did not cite icing as a potential cause of the accident.<\/p>\n<p>Foster, the plane\u2019s owner; his 15-year-old son, Noah; dentist Kyle P.
