Joshua Wolford, 32, was indicted Monday on one count of violating graves, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison, if convicted.<\/p>\n
Wolford\u2019s wife, Chasidy, was found dead June 12 inside their home at 618 South Otter Creek Road in the southern edge of LaRue County near Buffalo after a fire.<\/p>\n
Kentucky State Police were contacted after it was discovered the grave at Victory Baptist Church\u2019s cemetery had been disturbed and Wolford was found June 29 and questioned. He had been living out of his car, according to police, and that\u2019s where officers reportedly found the urn.<\/p>\n
He has been held at the LaRue County Detention Center since his June 29 arrest. He is being held in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond in the LaRue County Detention Center.<\/p>\n
According to an arrest citation, Wolford admitted to having dug up the urn on the day of his arrest.
