The other transportation cabinet worker, 56 year-old Jeffrey Harrison of Scottsville was taken by Allen County EMS to the Medical Center in Bowling Green for non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred Tuesday morning around 9:43 a.m. CST in the 1500 block of US 31-E New Glasgow Road just north of Scottsville in Allen County. The Kentucky State Police\u2019s preliminary investigation indicates that a bumper hitch trailer traveling south came loose and struck a northbound pickup truck. The collision caused the pickup truck to spin out of control and strike the two workers that were on the Bays Creek Bridge conducting maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Titus Morris, a Highway Equipment Operator IV with the Allen County maintenance facility, was a 15-year employee of the cabinet.
