Southbound traffic will be shifted into the southbound outside lane across the bridge. Northbound traffic will remain in the currently utilized outside lane. The switch should be completed by the end of the day. <\/p>\n<p>Traffic will remain in this configuration until late February, when the next phase of the project is expected to begin.
