Janice Lee Evans, 88 Elizabethtown, passed away Sunday (9\/06) at the Signature of North Hardin.<\/p>\n

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Morris Adams, Bob Evans; her parents, Cecil and Goldia Hackworth; one sister, Joyce Mercer; two brothers, Curtis Hackworth and Harold Hackworth; and a granddaughter.<\/p>\n

She is survived by…<\/p>\n

Four daughters: Judy Large of Elizabethtown, Pam Sawyer of LaGrange, Peggy Bowen of Hodgenville and Hallee Parrish of Hodgenville;<\/p>\n

One son: Doug Adams of Elizabethtown;<\/p>\n

Nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.<\/p>\n

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday (9\/09) at the Chism Family Funeral Home in Vine Grove. Burial will follow in the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.<\/p>\n

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.<\/p>\n
