Three search warrants were executed on January 28 by the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force, US Postal inspectors, ATF, Kentucky State Police, KSP K-9 section and Radcliff Police Department that yielded the seizure of 24 pounds of Marijuana, two pounds of spice, three pistols, two shotguns, a 45 caliber carbine rifle, a marijuana butter machine and $8,600 in cash.<\/p>\n
The items were taken from three places located in Radcliff and Vine Grove.<\/p>\n
According to police, the marijuana had been shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada with a street value of $4,000.00 per pound.<\/p>\n
Tyree Yopp, 28,of Radcliff, 28-year-old Robert Carter of Radcliff and 27-year-old Geovanny Tua of Elizabethtown were arrested and are facing charges of trafficking in marijuana over 5 pounds and possession of drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
Police said more suspects are expected to be charged as the investigation continues.<\/p>\n
