\nThe reopening of the ramp leading from Liberty Street to Interstate 65 North, which had been scheduled to reopen early Tuesday morning, has been delayed.<\/p>\n

Crews with Walsh Construction will use Monday night’s favorable weather to focus on other top priorities, including restriping needs throughout the project area, according to a news release from the Ohio River Bridges Project.<\/p>\n

The recent winter weather and heavy use of salt have taken a toll on striping throughout the project area. The extended forecast does not provide many options for getting this work done.<\/p>\n

A new date for reopening the ramp from Liberty Street to I-65 North has not been set. The ramp will reopen when the weather and work schedules allow.<\/p>\n

The ramp has been closed about a year. During the closure, the ramp has been rebuilt to provide new connections to the newly opened Abraham Lincoln Bridge.
