Tyler Petty, 18, was arrested and charged with murder May 21 in Meade County. He is accused of killing 65 year-old Cris Blehar, whose body was found inside a home on Woodland Road in the Flaherty area.<\/p>\n
After the grand jury date was postponed from June 14 to July 12, Petty was indicted. He is lodged in the Meade County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.<\/p>\n
Arraignment is set for 9 a.m. August 5.
