According to Kentucky State Police, around 1 pm Friday (2\/26) trooper pulled over 38-year-old Billy Groves in Hart County for speeding and reckless driving.<\/p>\n
When the officer ran his license, he discovered that Groves was driving on a suspended license with two passengers; 31 year-old James Groves and a female juvenile who both from Elizabethtown. During a search of the car, police found several different kinds of drugs and all three inside the car were arrested.<\/p>\n
Billy Groves was charged with reckless driving, operating on a suspended operators license, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. <\/p>\n
James Groves and the juvenile were charged with Possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
Billy and James Groves were both taken to the Hart County Jail. The juvenile was released to the custody of her parents.<\/p>\n
