Thomas Building were sold for a combined price of $328,350.<\/p>\n<p>The properties of 16 Public Square and 107 North Main Street sold for $207,350 to three local business owners &#8211; Kevin Addington, Ben LaRue and Carl Swope, under the name Elizabethtown Renaissance &#8211; who pooled their resources. The men previously purchased the former J.J. Newberry property on Public Square from Elizabethtown city government.<\/p>\n<p>Will and Madeline Rivera purchased 14 Public Square at a price of $121,000. The Riveras own Running Soles at 2410 Ring Road, a specialty store offering running and walking shoes and related gear.
