\nA Bowling Green man is facing drug trafficking charges after a juvenile was found unconscious Monday, January 3.<\/p>\n
According to court records, EMS was dispatched to 1831 Normal Street for a 16-year-old female not breathing.<\/p>\n
The female juvenile was taken to Greenview Hospital for medical treatment.<\/p>\n
Police say 20 year-old Edgar Estrada Mejia, of Bowling Green, was also found in the home. He agreed to speak with police.<\/p>\n
Estrada Mejia admitted to police of giving the juvenile half of the fentanyl pill and taking the other half himself.<\/p>\n
Court records show Estrada Mejia willingly handed over his phone to police where they found multiple text messages of people inquiring to him about purchasing fentanyl pills.<\/p>\n
He was arrested and charged with Trafficking Fentanyl, Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, and Wanton Endangerment.<\/p>\n
Estrada Mejia is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail under a $10,000 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 6.
