Around 10:25 a.m., a Kentucky State Police Trooper observed a 1995 Ford F-150 speeding north of Munfordville.<\/p>\n
After initiating a traffic stop, the officer discovered the registration plate did not belong to the vehicle and the truck had been reported stolen in December from the Louisville area.<\/p>\n
The driver, 20-year-old Dillon Warren of Summersville, was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000, Speeding, and other various traffic related offenses.<\/p>\n
Warren also had outstanding warrants from Hart County charging him with Burglary 2nd Degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $10,000, and Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $500. He was served with those warrants along with the other charges.<\/p>\n
The passenger, 23-year-old Candi McKinney of Hardyville, was arrested and charged with Giving Officer False Name.<\/p>\n
When her true identity was learned, she was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) and No Tail Lights from an outstanding warrant in Marion County.
